Modular Event Bars

A Cartssify modular event bar is built from the same mobile carts, joined with straight and corner connectors into a bar that fits the room. Every cart adds 1800 mm of worktop, so a two cart bar gives you about 3.6 m and a four cart U-shape wraps around the whole team. The bar packs flat, one pack per cart, and goes up in five to ten minutes.

Which setup fits your room

  • Two carts

    About 3.6 m of worktop. Straight for a serving line along a wall, or L-shaped to take a corner and open a second service side. The starting point for most pop-ups and market stands.

  • Three carts

    About 5.4 m of worktop, enough for two people to work without crossing each other and for customers to stand along the counter. Straight or L-shaped with an open or closed corner.

  • Four carts, U-shape

    A bar that wraps around the team, with service on three sides. Built from four carts, two corner connectors and two straight connectors, and it can also be set up as an L or one long line.

Bar details

Setups, corners and how much counter you get

  • Straight, 2 carts: about 3.6 m of worktop, a compact serving line for coffee or drinks
  • Straight, 3 carts: about 5.4 m, one long counter with room for customers to stand along it
  • L-Shape, 2 or 3 carts: fits the corner of a room and gives you a second service side
  • U-Shape, 4 carts: wraps around the team, for weddings and larger events

L-shaped and U-shaped setups come with an open or a closed corner. A closed corner fills the 90 degree join so the worktop runs straight through it. An open corner leaves the join open, which is easier to step in and out of.

Size, weight and load

  • Worktop per cart: 1800 x 750 mm, so each cart adds 1.8 m to the bar
  • Height: 950 mm on wheels, 834 mm without wheels
  • Material: 12 mm birch plywood with a matte, liquid resistant finish
  • Weight: 54 kg per cart, so 108 kg for a two cart bar and 216 kg for a four cart bar, about 16 kg per cart more once packed
  • Load: 120 kg on the worktop and 80 kg on the shelf, per cart
  • Packed size: 750 x 1000 x 185 mm per cart, flat packed and standing on its own wheels
  • Assembly: 5 to 10 minutes for the whole bar, with the tool included in the set

What is in the box

Coffee and bar equipment is not included. The connectors are the part that turns carts into a bar, so a single cart bought today can grow into a two, three or four cart setup later without replacing anything.

Branding and worktop layouts

Front panels can be engraved, engraved and painted, or wrapped in vinyl. A slide-in logo panel lets you change the artwork between events, which matters when the same bar works a wedding on Saturday and a brand activation on Monday.

Delivery, taxes and returns

Production takes about three weeks, then delivery is three to seven business days. The bar travels as a stack of flat packs, one per cart, in an ordinary van.

Prices include VAT and EU import taxes, so buyers in the European Union pay nothing extra on delivery. Buyers outside the EU pay their local taxes and customs, and duties paid delivery is available on request. Full terms are on the shipping and returns page.
