Cart Dimensions and Specifications
Every Cartssify cart is built to the same core dimensions. Figures below are for the standard Mobile Coffee Cart unless the Heavy-Duty column says otherwise.
Worktop
The worktop measures 1800 mm (70.87 in) long by 750 mm (29.53 in) deep, in three sections:
- Centre section: 1000 mm (39.37 in)
- Side sections: 400 mm (15.75 in) each, they fold out when you serve

The worktop sits at 950 mm with the wheels fitted. Without the wheels the cart body is 834 mm high, which is the figure to use when you plan a fixed counter line or check a doorway.
Transport
The cart comes apart into a flat pack of 750 x 1000 x 185 mm (29.53 x 39.37 x 7.28 in), held together with transport straps and standing on its own wheels, so it rolls to the van and travels in an ordinary car. A reinforced box is included.
Assembly
About 3 to 5 minutes, with the tool included in the set. Bolts, spare parts and printed instructions are in the box.
Finish
Natural carts are birch plywood with a transparent matte varnish that keeps the wood visible. Black, white and custom colours are painted. The finish is liquid resistant and resists coffee stains, so the cart belongs indoors or under cover rather than standing in rain.
