Shipping policy

Production and delivery

Every Cartssify cart is made to order in our workshop in Latvia. Production takes about 3 weeks, then delivery takes 3 to 7 business days.

Carts ship flat packed in a reinforced box. A standard cart weighs about 70 kg packed. The shipping cost for your address is calculated at checkout.

We ship across Europe, to the United Kingdom, to the United States and to other countries worldwide.

Prices exclude VAT.

Private buyers in the EU pay VAT at checkout.
Businesses in the EU outside Latvia with a valid VAT number buy without VAT. Enter your company VAT number at checkout.
Buyers in the United States: we ship with import duty paid. The duty is shown as a separate line at checkout, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery.
Buyers in other countries outside the EU pay their local taxes and customs on import. We provide all the paperwork for customs clearance. Duties paid delivery is available on request.

Please check your delivery when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, contact us straight away with photos and we will put it right.
