1. How long does production and delivery take?
- Production: about 3 weeks
- Delivery: 3 to 7 business days after production
2. Who pays taxes and customs?
Prices for buyers in the European Union include import taxes, so there is nothing extra to pay. Buyers outside the EU pay their local taxes and customs, and we provide all the paperwork for clearance. Duties paid delivery is available on request for orders outside the EU, so the total is settled before the cart ships.
3. How strong is the cart?
- Worktop: 120 kg (265 lbs) on the standard cart, 180 kg (397 lbs) on the Heavy-Duty
- Shelf: 80 kg (176 lbs)
4. How fast can I assemble the cart?
About 3 to 5 minutes. One tool is needed and it is included in the set.
5. How is the cart transported?
It comes apart into a flat pack of 750 x 1000 x 185 mm, standing on its own wheels and held with transport straps, so it fits in an ordinary car. A reinforced packaging box and the straps are included.
6. How much does the cart weigh?
The standard cart weighs 54 kg (119 lbs). The Heavy-Duty cart weighs 75 kg (165 lbs). Packed for shipping, a standard cart is about 70 kg.
7. Is the cart water resistant?
It is water resistant, not waterproof. Use it indoors or under cover, and do not leave it standing in rain.
8. What materials do you use?
Baltic birch plywood, 12 mm on the standard cart and 15 mm on the Heavy-Duty, with liquid resistant finishes and commercial grade hardware.
9. Do you have certificates for the material?
Yes. Our Baltic birch plywood comes with material certificates, and FSC certified plywood is part of that documentation. Ask us and we will send the certificates for your order.
10. Can I buy parts separately?
Yes. Individual parts and spares are available.
11. Can I request custom sizes or layouts?
Yes. Carts can be built longer, wider, higher or lower, and the worktop can be cut for your own equipment. See the worktop layouts or send us your drawing.
12. Can carts be connected together?
Yes. Straight and corner connectors join carts into straight, L-shaped and U-shaped modular event bars.
13. What is your return policy?
Standard carts can be returned within 30 days of delivery, in their original condition and packaging. Customised and personalised carts, which includes logos, custom cut-outs, custom colours and custom sizes, cannot be returned. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
14. What warranty do you offer?
Two years on the wheels against manufacturing defects that affect the brakes or the rolling, and warranty cover on the structure of the cart itself, for example plywood layers splitting. Each claim is reviewed individually. Replacement parts can be bought for damage that is not a manufacturing defect.
15. How do I clean and maintain the cart?
Wipe it with a soft cloth and a mild detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasives. Full guidance is on the care instructions page.
16. Are assembly instructions included?
Yes, printed step by step instructions come with every cart, and several product pages include a short video of the cart being set up.
17. What if something goes wrong during assembly?

18. What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards, PayPal and the other methods shown at checkout.
19. Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. For several carts or a full setup, ask us for a quote.
20. Can I use the cart outdoors?
Yes, under cover or with the canopy option. Store it dry between events.
21. Any safety guidelines?
Follow the assembly instructions, keep within the stated loads, and use the wheel brakes when the cart is in place.
