Mobile Coffee Carts, Modular Event Bars & Portable Commercial Furniture

Cartssify designs and manufactures professional mobile coffee carts, modular event bars, portable display carts and commercial furniture for coffee businesses, hospitality, events, exhibitions, retail and brand activations. Everything is made from Baltic birch plywood in our workshop in Latvia, packs flat for transport, assembles in minutes and is built for repeated commercial use.

  • 75 x 180 cm worktop

    A 100 cm centre section and two 40 cm sides that fold out when you serve and fold in for transport.

  • 3 to 5 minutes to set up

    One tool is needed and it comes in the set. A bar of several carts goes up in 5 to 10 minutes.

  • 120 kg on the worktop

    1800 x 750 mm of surface and 80 kg on the shelf below. The Heavy-Duty build in 15 mm plywood takes 180 kg.

The finish is water resistant, not waterproof, so the carts are made for indoor use or under cover. A canopy version is available for outdoor events.

    The core product. An 1800 x 750 mm folding worktop, open storage with a shelf and four wheels. Standard build in 12 mm plywood, Heavy-Duty in 15 mm, plus Sink Edition and canopy versions.

Your finish, your logo

Every cart is made to order in natural birch, painted white, painted black or a custom colour. Your logo can be engraved, engraved and painted, or printed, and a slide-in panel lets you change the artwork between events.

Customization options

Packs flat, rolls on its own wheels

After the event the worktop sides fold in and the cart comes apart into a 750 x 1000 x 185 mm pack that stands on its own wheels, held with transport straps. A safety belt and handlebar are in the set.

A worktop cut for your equipment

Cut-outs for a knock box, pitcher rinser or parasol are machined while the cart is built, from a standard layout or your own drawing. They cannot be added later, so tell us your machine and grinder and we check the fit before production.

Baltic birch plywood, with the paperwork

Carts are built from Baltic birch plywood, 12 mm as standard and 15 mm on the Heavy-Duty build, with a matte coating that resists water, stains and scratches. Material certificates are available on request, and FSC certified plywood is part of that documentation. We have been making carts in Latvia since 2019.

Common questions

Can the cart carry an espresso machine?

Yes. The standard worktop takes 120 kg, which is comfortable for a one group machine with a grinder. A full two group machine with grinder and water tank belongs on the Heavy-Duty cart, rated for 180 kg. Tell us the machine and grinder you use and we check the footprint and weight before production.

Can it have a sink or a pitcher rinser?

The Sink Edition comes with a pre-cut sink box and pass-throughs for fresh water, waste water and cables. The sink itself is not included. Worktop cut-outs for a knock box and a pitcher rinser are machined during production and cannot be added later.

Is the cart waterproof?

No. It is water resistant, so spills and a wipe down are fine, but it should be used indoors or under cover and not left standing in rain. The canopy version gives cover at outdoor events.

Can several carts be connected?

Yes. Straight and corner connectors join carts into straight, L-shaped and U-shaped bars. Each set ships with the connectors its own layout needs. Only the four cart U-shape set includes both types, so it can also be arranged as an L or a straight line.

Do you ship outside the EU?

Yes, including the UK and the USA. US orders ship with import duty paid: the duty is shown as a separate line at checkout, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery. Buyers in other countries outside the EU pay their local taxes and customs, and we provide the paperwork for clearance. Duties paid delivery is available on request.
