Customization enquiries

  • Custom build enquiry. For a cart or display piece we do not already sell. Tell us what you need and we come back with options and pricing.
  • Custom worktop layout enquiry. Send your own cut-out drawing. Cut-outs are made before the cart is built, so this has to be settled with your order.
  • Custom logo enquiry. Send your logo for engraving, painting or a printed sticker. Vector files preferred.

  • Care instructions. Cleaning, maintenance and storage between events.
  • Assembly takes about 3 to 5 minutes with the tool included in the set, and printed instructions are in the box.
  • Spare and replacement parts are available. Tell us which part and we will send a price.

Email info@cartssify.com and a person who builds these carts will answer, or use the contact page. If you are mid-assembly and something does not line up, send a photo with your message and we will work it out faster.

Custom logo enquiry form

For a custom logo, complete the form below and upload your logo file. We email you a proof to approve after you place the order.

  • The logo must be a vector file (.ai, .cdr, .eps or .pdf). We cannot work from image files such as .jpg or .png.
  • If you only have an image file, ask your graphic designer to supply a vector version.
  • If that is not possible, we convert it for you for an extra 100 EUR, and your logo goes on the cart as normal.

Prices are shown in euro. If you are browsing in another currency, the store converts them and checkout shows the amount you will actually pay.

The logo itself is priced on the front panel logo product: 100 EUR engraved, 180 EUR engraved and painted in one or two colours, 90 EUR for a printed sticker.

Custom worktop layout enquiry

Send us your worktop layout

A custom layout is cut from your own drawing for the same price as a standard layout, and the cut-outs are made before the cart is built. Here is how to send it:

  1. Sketch the worktop as a rectangle of 1800 x 750 mm and mark where each cut-out goes, with the size of the opening and the distance from the edges in millimetres.
  2. If you already own the equipment, give us the make and model of the knock box, pitcher rinser or sink as well, and we check the fit ourselves.
  3. Save it in any format. A PDF, a photo of a hand drawing or a scan all work.
  4. Upload it with the form below, or email it to info@cartssify.com.
  5. We check it against the worktop and send you a proof to approve before production starts.

If your equipment matches a standard layout, you do not need a drawing at all. The standard cut-outs are sized for a Barista Basic knock box and a Rhino pitcher rinser.

Care instructions

  • Cleaning: To clean your plywood display cart, simply wipe it down with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning products as they can damage the surface of the wood.
  • Maintenance: Regular maintenance is key to keeping your plywood display cart in top condition. Inspect the cart regularly for any signs of wear and tear and make any necessary repairs promptly.
  • Storage: When not in use, store your plywood display cart in a dry and protected location. Avoid exposing the cart to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight, as these can cause the wood to warp or crack.
  • Handling: Handle your plywood display cart with care to avoid any damage to the wood or hardware. Always lift the cart by its sturdy base, and avoid dragging it across rough surfaces.
