Front Panel Logo: Engraved, Painted or Sticker

Production takes about 3 weeks. Delivery is 3 to 7 business days after that.

The cart ships as a flat pack of 750 x 1000 x 185 mm, standing on its own wheels and held with transport straps, inside a reinforced box. A standard cart weighs 54 kg, and about 70 kg packed for shipping. The plywood is treated to be liquid resistant and to resist coffee stains.

Taxes and customs

Prices for buyers in the European Union include import taxes, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Buyers outside the EU pay their local taxes and customs, and we provide all the paperwork needed for clearance. Duties paid delivery is available on request for orders outside the EU, so the total is settled before the cart ships.

Returns

Standard carts can be returned within 30 days of delivery, in their original condition and in the packaging they arrived in. Customised and personalised carts cannot be returned, which includes logos, custom cut-outs, custom colours and custom sizes. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and we recommend a traceable service. Write to info@cartssify.com before sending anything back, so we can give you a return authorisation and instructions.

Damage in transit

Check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged or missing, send us photos at info@cartssify.com and we will sort it out.

• Cleaning: To clean your plywood display cart, simply wipe it down with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning products as they can damage the surface of the wood.

• Maintenance: Regular maintenance is key to keeping your plywood display cart in top condition. Inspect the cart regularly for any signs of wear and tear and make any necessary repairs promptly.

• Storage: When not in use, store your plywood display cart in a dry and protected location. Avoid exposing the cart to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight, as these can cause the wood to warp or crack.

• Handling: Handle your plywood display cart with care to avoid any damage to the wood or hardware. Always lift the cart by its sturdy base, and avoid dragging it across rough surfaces.

Important:
The logo must be provided as a vector file (.AI, .EPS, or PDF).
We are unable to accept image files (.jpg or .png) directly. If you do not have a vector file, please ask your graphic designer to supply one, or let us help convert your image to a suitable format for an additional fee of 100Eur ($100).
