A compact birch plywood counter with storage underneath, made for exhibitions, trade shows, pop-up shops and markets. It assembles and comes apart without tools, fits into a small car and is light enough to carry in yourself.

Finish. Natural birch with a transparent matte varnish, so the original wood colour and grain stay visible.

Delivery

Production takes about 3 weeks, then delivery is 3 to 7 business days. Prices exclude VAT. Private buyers in the EU pay VAT at checkout, and EU businesses outside Latvia with a valid VAT number buy without VAT. US buyers: we ship with import duty paid. The duty is shown as a separate line at checkout, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery. For other countries outside the EU, duties paid delivery is available on request.

We use Baltic Birch plywood - the best available plywood in the market!

The product by itself is made out of birch plywood 12mm (0.47) thick.

For the top finish, we have transparent matte varnish, to keep the original wood colour visible.

Made for multiple usages, and to be transformed into a flatpack for easier movement.

The material is proceeded to be liquid resistant and resistant to coffee stains.

Care Instructions

  • Cleaning: To clean your plywood display cart, simply wipe it down with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning products as they can damage the surface of the wood.
  • Maintenance: Regular maintenance is key to keeping your plywood display cart in top condition. Inspect the cart regularly for any signs of wear and tear and make any necessary repairs promptly.
  • Storage: When not in use, store your plywood display cart in a dry and protected location. Avoid exposing the cart to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight, as these can cause the wood to warp or crack.
  • Handling: Handle your plywood display cart with care to avoid any damage to the wood or hardware. Always lift the cart by its sturdy base, and avoid dragging it across rough surfaces.

Additional Shelves

  • Mobile coffee cart: an extra shelf is 120 EUR. Every cart already includes one shelf, and the cart body takes up to two in total.
  • Portable counter display: extra shelves are chosen as an option on the product itself, 50 EUR for one or 80 EUR for two, up to three shelves in total.

Doors and Locks, on Request

As standard the cart body is open storage with a shelf. If you need closed storage, hinged doors or sliding doors can be added on request, and both can be fitted with a key lock. This is a custom option, so ask us for a quote before you order.

Custom Logo Options

All three are variants of the same front panel logo product, so you pick the one you want at checkout.

  • Engraved: 100 EUR
  • Engraved and painted, 1 or 2 colours: 180 EUR
  • Printed sticker: 90 EUR

If you would rather change the artwork yourself between events, the slide-in logo panel is 100 EUR and takes a printed insert that slides in and out.

Important:
The logo must be provided as a vector file (.AI, .CDR, .EPS or PDF).
We are unable to accept image files (.jpg or .png) directly. If you do not have a vector file, please ask your graphic designer to supply one, or let us help convert your image to a suitable format for an additional fee of 100 EUR.

Custom logo enquiry

For a custom logo, complete the form below and upload your logo file. We email you a proof to approve after you place the order.

  • The logo must be a vector file (.ai, .cdr, .eps or .pdf). We cannot work from image files such as .jpg or .png.
  • If you only have an image file, ask your graphic designer to supply a vector version.
  • If that is not possible, we convert it for you for an extra 100 EUR, and your logo goes on the cart as normal.

The logo itself is priced on the front panel logo product: 100 EUR engraved, 180 EUR engraved and painted in one or two colours, 90 EUR for a printed sticker.

Custom worktop enquiry

Send us your worktop layout

A custom layout is cut from your own drawing for the same price as a standard layout, and the cut-outs are made before the cart is built. Here is how to send it:

  1. Sketch the worktop as a rectangle of 1800 x 750 mm and mark where each cut-out goes, with the size of the opening and the distance from the edges in millimetres.
  2. If you already own the equipment, give us the make and model of the knock box, pitcher rinser or sink as well, and we check the fit ourselves.
  3. Save it in any format. A PDF, a photo of a hand drawing or a scan all work.
  4. Upload it with the form below, or email it to info@cartssify.com.
  5. We check it against the worktop and send you a proof to approve before production starts.

If your equipment matches a standard layout, you do not need a drawing at all. The standard cut-outs are sized for a Barista Basic knock box and a Rhino pitcher rinser.
