A countertop with storage. Simple design and tool-free assembly/disassembly. Compact dimensions fit into a small car and are so light that you can carry them around while going to an exhibition or from. When there is no need for it you simply disassemble it and put it into your closet. Underneath the tabletop are shelve sections - one shelf is included but you can add up to 3 shelves in total.

It is also possible to customize the display part of a table. Feel free to contact us and share your crazy ideas for customization. We are more than open to making it real.

The product by itself is made out of birch plywood 12mm (0.47in) thick. For the top finish, we have transparent matte varnish, to keep the original wood colour visible. Made for multiple usages, and to be transformed into a flatpack for easier movement.

The buyer is responsible for paying all taxes and customs clearance of the goods in his home country.

The material is proceeded to be liquid resistant and resistant to coffee stains.

  • Cleaning: To clean your plywood display cart, simply wipe it down with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning products as they can damage the surface of the wood.
  • Maintenance: Regular maintenance is key to keeping your plywood display cart in top condition. Inspect the cart regularly for any signs of wear and tear and make any necessary repairs promptly.
  • Storage: When not in use, store your plywood display cart in a dry and protected location. Avoid exposing the cart to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight, as these can cause the wood to warp or crack.

The logo must be provided as a vector file (.AI, .EPS, or PDF).
We are unable to accept image files (.jpg or .png) directly. If you do not have a vector file, please ask your graphic designer to supply one, or let us help convert your image to a suitable format for an additional fee of 100Eur ($100).

Custom logo enquiry

  • For a custom logo, please complete this form and upload your logo file. We'll email you a proof for approval after you place the order.
  • The logo file must be in vector file format (.ai, .cdr, .pdf) otherwise we can't use it straightforward.
  • If your logo is in other formats, please, reach out to your graphic designer, to get the right logo format.
  • If it is not possible, don't worry - for extra fee (+100$) we provide logo conversion from any other formats, so we are able to put your logo on your new display cart!

Custom worktop enquiry

Send us your worktop layout

A custom layout is cut from your own drawing for the same price as a standard layout, and the cut-outs are made before the cart is built. Here is how to send it:

  1. Sketch the worktop as a rectangle of 1800 x 750 mm and mark where each cut-out goes, with the size of the opening and the distance from the edges in millimetres.
  2. If you already own the equipment, give us the make and model of the knock box, pitcher rinser or sink as well, and we check the fit ourselves.
  3. Save it in any format. A PDF, a photo of a hand drawing or a scan all work.
  4. Upload it with the form below, or email it to info@cartssify.com.
  5. We check it against the worktop and send you a proof to approve before production starts.

If your equipment matches a standard layout, you do not need a drawing at all. The standard cut-outs are sized for a Barista Basic knock box and a Rhino pitcher rinser.
